Call me crazy, but I believe in rewarding
guests who come back to my cabins time after
time. Therefore, guests who accumulate 15
nights paid for at full price will earn a
free 4 night stay at either of my cabins.
And I do mean FREE. You won't pay a nightly
rental fee, cleaning fee, reservation fee or
sales tax. Look at it this way...When
you rent one of my cabins, you’re earning
equity towards a future free Smoky Mountain
Adventure vacation.
Make no mistake, you won't find a guest
loyalty program like mine or even remotely
similar if you rent your cabin from anyone
else. Most cabin owners and cabin
management companies offer returning guests
15% off future stays. I do that, too,
and will continue to do so. I even
take that a step further by offering
returning guests 25% off their next stay if
booked within 30 days of their current
stay's departure date.
You’re probably wondering how I can possibly
afford to offer this guest loyalty program,
but the real question is how can I afford
not to? It’s simply the right thing to do.
